The ALIGN Framework

ALIGN is my proprietary human systems alignment framework. It is how I assess organizations before making any recommendations because no recommendations should be made before the system is understood.

ALIGN examines five dimensions of organizational health:

A - Adaptation

How people modify behavior, communication, and identity to function inside systems that weren’t designed with them in mind, and with it costs over time.

L - Leadership + Communication

How leadership behavior, communication norms, and organizational dynamics shape trust, psychological safety, culture, and clarity.

I - Identity + Emotional Experience

How people experience belonging, visibility, emotional labor, and organizational expectations, and how those experiences shape engagement, retention and performance.

G - Gaps + Friction

The space where organizational intent and lived experience diverge, between what leadership believes is true and what people are actually navigating.

N - Navigation + Next Steps

Concrete strategies and conditions for improving alignment, reducing friction, and building environments where people and systems can operate with greater clarity and sustainability.
